Use This Godstate Meditation to Manifest with Gratitude

When it comes to States Akin to Sleep, I feel like there are two paths: Alpha and Theta.

Theta waves are deeper and more dreamlike, whereas Alpha waves are a bit more aware, and are exemplified by the state of your mind when you first wake up. This is why many manifestation coaches who do *not* work from Neville Goddard’s approach speak almost explicitly as the ‘Alpha state’ as being prime intention setting time.

I agree in a sense, because especially when you are actively waking and about to go into even more organized brain states, Alpha is perfect. However it’s not the best state for manifestation- just one that suits certain activities more, like scripting, rampages, guided meditations etc. In my opinion, Theta is better for visualizing, prayer, preparation for dreaming, and subliminals. The best thing of course may be to use them both- back to back. 🙂
