
What do you think happens to your manifestation to be when you’re depressed, sad, struggling with faith, bitter or angry?
What do you do with “bad” emotions?
Your answers to these questions can be an important check in.
There are no bad emotions. And there’s no healthy way to live as a human being if you think you can or should avoid feeling anything other than joy and excitement.
However, many manifestation coaches, following the most notable tenets of Law of Attraction and Esther Hicks, will tell you that the key to achieving spiritual enlightenment is to “tap in” to an endless state of bliss and happiness, and everything you desire will be yours.
Conversely, if you feel sad, struggle to get out of a slump, or find that blessings don’t come instantly, this is because you’re failing on an individual level to “do it right”.
Ironically, some of the most empowering work we can do to dissolve blocks and manifest our desires isn’t doing rampages when we feel anxious- it’s delving deep into our own shadows, facing our fears, and offering patience and compassion to EVERY aspect of our being- not just the pleasant ones.
If all is a vibration, then everything fluctuates. Everything. Oneness doesn’t mean negating our shadows in favor of endless elation- it means being at peace with every phase. If 3D circumstances don’t matter and belief is all that does…then there’s no reason that having emotional depth in the 3D world is a threat to your spiritual advancement.
Learn to persist with your humanity, not despite it.
