Manifesting: Beyond Desire

Do you know why you want what you want?

Beginner manifesting is all about the small stuff. The material stuff. The initial discovery that if you want something in the material world, you can get it, make it happen. The attractiveness of this approach to manifestation is to lead people who are still driven by ego to a spiritual path- connection with godself. With purpose. With the universe.

At this point, linguistically speaking, I feel that the word ‘desire’ can become misleading, even though it is the primary word used to refer to wanted manifestations. There is a much deeper purpose behind the things we begin to want once we move beyond the superficial.

When you are operating from alignment, with a good spiritual foundation, your ‘desires’ are more than just material attachments, wants and urges. They are dreams, valuable messages from your heart, soul and/or higher self, telling you what living your truth looks like. Many people automatically deny or ignore these messages because they are still programmed by society, shadows of lack, self-shame, denial and trauma.

Pursuing the truth of your desires can require radically demolishing and recreating your lifestyle, your social circle, your sense of self and your worldview. Therefore, walking the heart-centered path and being dedicated to manifesting requires that we face these demons and heal them. It is about so much more than satisfying desires. It is about having the power to turn visions into reality.

Your heart directives are Gxd’s way of guiding you, as well as glimpses of other manifestations of who you are. The ‘bridge of incidents’ that unfolds to bring you to your desired outcome is also the path you must walk that requires you to work on your faith, your mind and your spirit. Through this work and these visions you are changed and led by Spirit to attain that which was given to you from the moment of your creation.

As you manifest, you expand your Self.

Don’t repress your dreams.

Self-denial is not a virtue and you won’t get anything out of playing it small in this life once it’s all over. Our paths include miracles as well as trials- don’t avoid them.

Remember, your heart is your compass. Your mind is the engine. Stay aligned. Keep going.
