2022. As this year begins we are still looking back to look ahead, and in reviewing my work to divine what the tone of this year’s approach will be, I came across the Heart Opening Visualization Meditation I made this time last year. It was subtly stunning to see, as I had forgotten about it but the reminder immediately brought with it the realization that, indeed, Heart Opening had been a consistent theme lived throughout the year, and the foundation for one of the incredible and abundant synchronicities I experienced as the year came to a close, rounding full circle…ish (time is truly a spiral).
Currently I am putting together another guided healing session aimed at supporting and furthering collective recovery and growth. But for those who have not seen it, and those who want to see it again, here is the 2021 Heart Opening session; listen with headphones:
